James is a Consultant Anaesthetist at Barnsley Hospital with a strong commitment to sustainable medical practices and the advancement of medical education.
As the College Tutor for Anaesthesia and Lead for Undergraduate Simulation, he plays a key role in integrating simulation-based learning into the training of students and healthcare professionals. Passionate about creating a safe and supportive learning environment, he combines clinical education with human factors training to enhance the overall educational experience.
James advocates for the use of a range of simulation modalities, from low to high fidelity, to provide immersive and effective training.
